How long does it take to receive my order?

Digital files are delivered to your email within 24 to 48 hours. If you have ordered a Blocked Canvas print, please allow 7 to 14 business days for the custom printing, hand-wrapping, and delivery process to be completed.

What if I ordered a digital package and want to add a canvas later?

You can visit our Canvas Printing page at any time to order a print of a previous purchase. Just make sure to include your original order number in the notes so we know which image to print.

What kind of photo should I upload for the best results?

For both Paws and Play and Living Memory, high-resolution photos with clear, well-lit faces work best. Try to avoid photos with heavy shadows, glares, or blurry subjects. For pets, a forward-facing shot at eye level usually creates the most realistic character portrait.

How do I receive my digital files?

Your high-resolution JPG images and MP4 video clips will be sent directly to the email address you provided during checkout. You can download them instantly to your phone or computer.

Can I print an image that isn't from one of your portrait packages?

Yes. You can use our Custom Blocked Canvas page to upload and print any personal photo you own. Simply upload your file on that page and select your preferred size.
